At just 14, Marsai Martin became the youngest executive producer in Hollywood with her film Little. She did not wait for permission or for roles to appear. She created them. Marsai turned barriers into blueprints and proved that Black girls are not just participants but creators.
Her story carries a lesson: do not wait for the world to hand you a seat at the table. Craft your own, carve your vision, and invite others in. Creation is your inheritance. You are not too young to build something groundbreaking.
